Now, we’re looking for a Marketing & communication lead who will take ownership of our communications, drive demand and elevate our brand.

About the job

As our B2B Marketing & Communication lead, you’ll be the go-to expert responsible for building brand awareness, generating leads, and driving measurable growth. This is a hands-on, full-stack marketing role, perfect for someone who loves both strategy and execution. You’ll work closely with leadership, sales, and product teams to ensure marketing and communication efforts directly contribute to Avy’s growth.

What You’ll Do:

🚀Brand Development & Awareness

• Craft and execute strategies to boost Avy’s brand recognition across multiple channels (social, digital, PR, events)

📈Demand Generation

• Lead targeted marketing campaigns through LinkedIn and other channels to reach key decision makers at our customers

• Optimize initiatives to drive high-quality leads and maximize conversion rates within budget constraints

• Organize Avy’s presence at external events such as Expo’s and business fairs, and organize Avy-branded events such as ‘Customer-days’

🎯Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop agile, data-driven marketing plans that align with business goals and adapt quickly to market needs

• Ensure close collaboration between marketing, sales and product to maintain strategic alignment

📝Content

• Ensure website and social channels are aligned with our brand book and communication strategy and use them to optimize growth and conversion

• Write, edit, and produce compelling content—blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, social assets

💰Budget & Analytics

• Own and allocate a €50-75K marketing budget, ensuring every euro spent delivers impact

• Track key performance metrics (OKRs and KPIs), analyze results, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement

• As a one-person marketing team (for now!), you’ll need to be hands-on—strategizing, executing, and optimizing campaigns end to end

About you

• At least 5 years of B2B marketing & communication experience

• Hands-on expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, events, content creation, and brand development

• Proficient in marketing automation, CRM and Marketing tools (HubSpot), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.)

• A creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and makes things happen with limited resources

• Excellent copywriting and communication skills—you know how to craft messages that convert

• Strong analytical mindset—comfortable interpreting data to drive strategic decisions

• A self-starter who takes full ownership and can execute without a big team or agency support

• Ideally, you’re someone who wants to grow with us—we see this role evolving!

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in startups, high-growth environments, and/or companies focused on technical products

• Basic design skills or familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite

• Background in growth or performance marketing
